Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ezovia.us and any purchase you make from us, whether online or in our Annapolis store. The site and store are operated by EZO GROUP LLC, trading as Ezovia ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Products

Our pieces are made by hand. Colour, glaze, tone, size and surface texture vary from piece to piece, and photographs on the site are representative rather than exact. Screen calibration also affects how colour appears. These natural variations are not defects and are not grounds for a damage claim, although they are of course covered by our standard 30-day return window.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Stock is limited and, because pieces are individual, an item may sell out while it is in your cart.

4. Errors

We try to keep the site accurate but errors happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed. We will always contact you first.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a confirmation email or, in store, when payment completes at the register. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Sales tax

Applicable US state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and at the register for in-store purchases.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Please read them before ordering.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, designs, collection and series names, and the Ezovia name and marks — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
